Bustin Ass With Tara Caballero

The last week has been off the hook. Tara and I have been playing, and planning on some really cool things. One being a live Flex show here for you all to see... "Live" Stay tuned for the info.

Like I've told you before Tara has one of the most amazing butts in the biz. I had to know what she did to create an onion ass like that. This is what she had to say!

Day 1
Walking Lunges with weights full length of the gym and back, and my gym is hella long ;) 15-20lbs each hand or what ever you can handle.

Day 2
Leg Presses… 3 sets of 20. 105-120, or however much you can handle. The weight doesn’t really matter, it’s the repetitions, depending on how strong you feel that day.
Then reverse your legs. Keep the forward leg stationary and bring your other leg back. Squatting down, making sure you keep your knee inline with your toes. 3 sets of 20 usually alternating between the excursuses to save time and keep heart rate up.

Day 4
Squats and stationary lunges on Smith Machine All different ways… Let someone show you the safe way. Bar 25 lbs on each side. Just do sets till my legs are dead! Then one more for good luck

I DO NOT DO CALVES… SORRY BLESSED WITH THOSE BUT I WOULD SUGGEST USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT ON THE SIDE OF A STEP. EVERY OTHER EXERCISE WORKS THEM TOO ANYWAY!

Keep going. Don’t stop in between sets. Go all the way do the ground. Especially when doing squats. Go deep (to get all the way down to the ass) Be careful don’t have your knee cross over your toes. I Add legs each day because it helps with stretching out.
