Hobbies: Being Active! Working out (aerobics and weightlifting), going to the beach or any fun in the sun, being in nature, pets.
Favorite Music: Especially fond of Techno & Jazz, but love stuff with a great beat and great sound.
Animal Lover: I was raised with hundreds of exotic birds around my house, and I had a couple of horses when I was a little girl, so I love animals. I have two Sugar Gliders now, but have had birds of my own, and a Rottweiler.

My Story
A native girl from Southern California, who grew up in Orange county. I was always naturally athletic and a tomboy, but became quite "plump" when I hit adolescence. I maintained an active lifestyle and exercised into adulthood, but diet seemed to be my pesky Achilles heal.

It was when I decided to do a Figure competition in 2002 as a means of motivation that my progress took another quantum jump, along with my attitude and drive. All the effort led me to a sleeker-than-ever and totally transformed Kim Chambers, photo shoots with various magazines, and while I attained respectable but modest placings at my first competition, a life long goal having been achieved.

My latest training strategy has been adding "Boot Camp" classes, and an advanced athletic training regimen with a group of athletes... pros, amateurs, college, and enthusiasts... from the Ultimate Transformations Training group. It's really proven something to myself by pushing past my previous "limits", and that it seems to be taking me to the next level of development in ALL areas of my life.

I created KimFlex.com as a way to reach out to more people then I could hope to meet in person. KimFlex.com has been extremely gratifying as it has become a well known resource for education on having a healthier sex life through fitness. Fitness of the body, and fitness of the mind. I hope you will find my photos and videos entertaining and inspiring, my articles informative, and my resources helpful.

Goals and Aspirations
My mission is to educate men and women on the correlation between fitness and better sex. Increasing your sexuality and overall self-image while removing all taboos and misconceptions about sex.
