i am a real souther bell. raised in baton rouge louisiana. was a big sports fanatic. i went to LSU> and played in the band. my favorite sports were track, basketball, and vollyball. i thrived at basketball because my uncle was an nba star for the boston celtics, don chaney, so i guess it ran in the family.

i was always an athelete. never had a problem with weight. i was always svelte and stayed active. from baton rouge, i moved to west palm beach florida. i watressed, at hooters, and a night club. so i always had jobs that kept me active. then i moved to new york, where i went to manhattan college. that is when i begain to workout really hard. i discoved weight training. i started looking at fitness magazines, and noticed the physique of racheal mclish, and cory everson. i had natural muscle tone, so i was interested in becoming a fitness model. after moving to los angeles, i submitted to several fitness magazines. i got calls from some photographers who worked with muscle mag, and muscle and fitness. i did a few photo shoots, and became this really sucessful fitness model.

i met jeff everson, and worked for planet muscle. i did a t.v. show featuring me working out. my fitness career grew when i got picked up to model for 'prolab.' from this point on i have had my foot well planted into fitness. i have really enjoyed working with the models and photographers in the business.

as of late, the last 2 years, my focus has been on an acting career. i have been featured on many t.v. shows such as,'days of our lives,' 'las vegas,' and 'method and red, where i played a bikini girl.' i have also been featured on 'starsky and hutch.' 

i can be seen at npc shows signing autographs and pictures at the psi booth. performance science international, where i work as a spokesmodel for an energy drink.
